The second of three street paving projects is the 4th Avenue Paving Project. 4th Avenue is an older street. It has been a number of years since any significant maintenance was performed on this street. Due to this lack of significant maintenance, the City is forced to do several point repairs and overlay of this street instead of a less costly maintenance option. This project is scheduled for late summer 2021 and is anticipated to cost $46,000. The project will pave 4th Avenue from Ivy Street to Juniper Street.
