Another of the road maintenance tools is the ability to slurry seal a road after sealing the cracks. This type of work is something that the City typically contracts out. The two projects scheduled for this summer are:
· 4th Avenue from Greenwood Street to Front Street.
· 5th Avenue from Holly Street to Greenwood Street.
It is anticipated that these projects will last for a week each. The City will post local notices in advance of the project starting. It is anticipated that these projects will cost $10,000.
